Since 1988, Simon has been deeply involved in the security industry, and began collaborating with educational institutions in the early 1990s. With an experienced backed understanding of school operations, he has successfully executed 100’s of projects for schools, always prioritizing long-term solutions to prevent unnecessary expenses, and always delivering on time. As a dedicated business mentor, Simon eagerly shares his expertise to empower the next generation of technicians in supporting schools with security and safeguarding.
In addition to his role in the security industry, Simon owns a coaching and mentoring business and has a passion for hiking. He organises a monthly mountain day walk focused on promoting the physical and mental well-being of senior and middle managers and their teams.
Simon strongly believes that offering the right solution first time, attention to detail, and good communication is the recipe for his long-term success in the security industry and business.
Chris brings over three decades of experience in the electrical contracting industry, with a career spanning since 1988. Over the years, he has successfully contributed to a wide array of projects, ranging from new installations and refurbishments to the maintenance of electrical systems across various public sector establishments.
In 2008, Chris briefly shifted gears, taking on the role of a facilities manager for an education trust. This unique opportunity not only broadened his perspective but also deepened his understanding of the day-to-day operations of educational buildings, emphasising crucial aspects such as security and safeguarding.
Following his position in facilities management, Chris ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing his own business in electrical contracting, facilities and cleaning services. This company stands as a testament to his dedication and proficiency, providing schools and businesses alike with his extensive skills and knowledge.
Known for his thorough approach, Chris consistently delivers work of the highest standard, ensuring that every project is executed with precision and excellence. Chris now brings all his skills and knowledge to ACFE which creates a strong approach for a successful business.
